PHASE 1 - PROJECT
Based on the data in the form of 3D documentation, we will prepare an offer for you to make foams and the necessary forms. If you do not have such documentation, we will prepare a digital model based on the pattern received from you, most often using a 3D scanner.
PHASE 2 - ACCEPTANCE
After accepting our offer, the mold for production and the first prototypes will be made. The foams are made on the basis of proprietary recipes, and the parameters such as hardness, density or flammability properties are selected individually in accordance with the customer's expectations.
PHASE 3 - PRODUCTION
We send the first prototypes of polyurethane foam to you for approval of quality or hardness. After receiving the approval, we start serial production.
